Son Rise Morning Show 01/10/2024: Fr. Frank Donio, S.A.C. on Ordinary Time

In this segment from the Son Rise Morning Show on Sacred Heart Radio, Fr. Frank Donio, S.A.C. discusses Ordinary Time.

Ordinary Time is a time for growth and maturation, a time in which the mystery of Christ is called to penetrate ever more deeply into history until all things are finally caught up in Christ. This time, between Christmas and Lent, is particularly suited to meditate on Christ’s public ministry and as a means to prepare for Lent, including considering what one’s Lenten resolutions will be. The goal, toward which all of history is directed, is represented by the final Sunday in Ordinary Time, the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe.
