Dr. Timoney will discuss how Parish Pastoral Councils can serve as an active opportunity for utilizing the gift of discernment to see where God is calling a community and will address what a Pastoral Council is, how they work effectively, and why a community should use them. This will be the first of two webinars on Parish Pastoral Councils.
